How do I change the time on my DSC alarm system?
Press *6 and enter the master code. Press 1. Enter the time and date in order. 1300010127 would be 1:00 on Jan. 01 2027. Press the # to exit.
How do I add a user code on my DSC alarm panel?
Press *5, enter your master code, choose a code location, example 01 is code number 01. Enter a four digit code, press # to exit.
What are the trouble codes on my DSC alarm system?
Press *2, a 1 indicates multiple troubles so press 1 again, now 1=Low Main Battery, 2=Siren Circuit Trouble, 3=General System Trouble. If after *2 the number is 2, that is AC Power Failure, 3=Telephone Line Trouble, 4=The Sytem Failed to Communicate to the Monitoring Station, 5=Zone Fault, 6= Zone Tamper (wireless), 7=Low Zone Battery (Wireless), 8=Loss of System Time.
